2026年4月、渋谷・道玄坂に誕生する

新しい屋外複合施設 「PARKY」

このPARKYにて

開業準備から運営までを一緒に担うオープニングメンバーを募集します

【主な業務内容】

・ビアガーデン・飲食スペースの運営

・接客・ドリンク/フード提供

・イベント・パーティーの企画、運営サポート

・レンタルスペース(コンテナ会議室)の運営管理

・開業準備・オペレーション構築

・チームづくり・現場改善 など

※「決まったことをこなす」だけでなく、

どうしたらもっと楽しい場所になるか?を考え、形にする仕事です。

【PARKYについて】

PARKYは、

  • クラフトビールが楽しめる ビアガーデン
  • 犬と一緒に過ごせる 芝生スペース
  • コーヒーやチュロスなどの軽食
  • 多種多様なフード
  • コンテナ型の ワークスペース/レンタルスペース
  • PARKYでしかできないイベント

を備えた、

「休む・飲む・働く・集まる・楽しむ」が同時にできる場所。

18時以降は、

PLAY WORK GROUNDが手がける

クラフトビールと自家製ソーセージの店

「HOURS」のビールを中心に、

ガーリックシュリンプなどビールに合う料理を提供予定です。

総労働時間:1ヶ月あたり160時間 〜 200時間

月間変則労働時間制

10:00-18:00(1h休憩)

給与詳細


基本給:月給 30万円 〜 35万円

固定残業代:あり

【一律手当】

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:あり

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:あり

固定残業代:1か月当たりの固定残業代¥72,000〜¥84,000(40時間相当分)

※40時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

通勤手当:実費支給(1日1,000円まで)

責任者手当:別途5万円(※規程あり)
