1. 社内IT部門の管理会計(主にCO)チームのリードすること。

1. SAPのコンフィグレーションが出来、7年以上のSAP Finance / Controlling (OM(Overhead Management), PC(Product Costing), PA(Profitability Analysis))の経験を有すこと。S4の経験があればベター。
2. システム設計が出来ること。
3. 業務部門ユーザと合意した時間軸に沿って、プロジェクトおよび関連タスクの進捗管理を実施出来ること。
4. 業務部門からの問合せ(サービスデスク)に関して、スムースな対応を実施すること。
5. システム運用に必要な外部ベンダーのアウトプットに関して適切なモニターを実施すること。
6. 日本語および英語での各関係者との良好なコミュニケーションを実施すること。
7. 社内業務ユーザと良好な信頼関係を構築出来ること。
8. 業務分析が出来ること。
9. 課題解決能力を有すること。
10. プロジェクトおよびタスク管理の経験を有すること。
11. チームプレーヤーであること。
12. 英語:ビジネス会話ができる (TOEIC 700点程度)
13. 日本語:ビジネス会話ができる (JLPT N1)
