1. 社内IT部門の経理部門のうち主にSAPを中心としてFinance Reportingチームのリードすること。(AP, AR, GLに関連する社内、社外向けのレポートを担当。)
2. 社内業務部門および社内IT部門を連携する中心的な役割を果たすこと。
3. 提供する社内システムを通じて 4. IT解決施策を導き出すために、社内他業務システムのメンバと協業すること。
5. システム運用に関する諸ルールを遵守すること。
6. 革新的な提案を創造し、今後の経理領域を支援すること。
7. ERPやその関連する様々な活動団体に参加し、情報収集を行う事により、常に業界における技術動向を把握すること。
1. SAPのコンフィグレーションが出来、7年以上のSAP FI COの経験を有すこと。Reportingに関するノウハウを有すこと。S4の経験があればベター。
2. システム設計が出来ること。
3. 業務部門ユーザと合意した時間軸に沿って、プロジェクトおよび関連タスクの進捗管理を実施出来ること。
4. 業務部門からの問合せ(サービスデスク)に関して、スムースな対応を実施すること。
5. システム運用に必要な外部ベンダーのアウトプットに関して適切なモニターを実施すること。
6. 日本語および英語での各関係者との良好なコミュニケーションを実施すること。
7. 社内業務ユーザと良好な信頼関係を構築出来ること。
8. 業務分析が出来ること。
9. 課題解決能力を有すること。
10. プロジェクトおよびタスク管理の経験を有すること。
11. チームプレーヤーであること。
