関わる楽しさが、仕事になる。地域密着のスポーツ施設運営

施設をご利用される方が、安心して心地よい時間を過ごせるよう、受付対応を中心に、施設運営を支えるお仕事をお任せします。

チームで協力しながら、無理のない範囲で幅広い業務に携わっていただきます。

1.メインのお仕事:フロント・受付対応

施設の"顔"として、利用者様を最初にお迎えするお仕事です。

人と接することが好きな方に向いています。

ーチェックイン・チェックアウト対応

主にサッカーチームなど、予約された団体の受付や人数の確認を行います。

ー電話・予約対応

空き状況のご案内や、ご予約のお電話に対応します。

ー貸出備品の管理

ボールやビブス、鍵などの受け渡し・管理を行います。

ー施設のご案内

グラウンドや更衣室、トイレなど、施設内の場所をご案内します。

2.サブ業務1:清掃・環境整備

利用者様に気持ちよく施設を使っていただくための環境づくりです。

ロビーや廊下、更衣室、トイレなどの簡単な清掃など、特別なスキルは不要で、日常的なお掃除が中心です

3.サブ業務2:調理補助

スポーツ後の利用者様へお食事を提供するためのサポート業務です。

ー盛り付け・配膳

決まったメニューを盛り付け、カウンターで提供します。

ー洗い場

食洗機を使った食器洗浄が中心です。

ー簡単な仕込み

野菜を切るなど、基本的な作業のみで、難しい調理はありません。

全体として、未経験の方でも少しずつ慣れていけるお仕事です。

わからないことがあれば、周りのスタッフがしっかりサポートしますので、安心してスタートできます。

日本サッカーの歩みとともに親しまれてきた、緑あふれる総合運動施設

東京大学が管轄する検見川総合運動場は、

広々とした敷地の中に、天然芝のサッカー場やラグビー場、テニスコート、体育館、

さらに宿泊や研修に利用できるセミナーハウスを備えた総合運動施設です。

都心からほどよく離れた落ち着いた環境にあり、

週末には日帰りのサッカー大会や練習試合などで、多くのチームが訪れます。

小学生から学生までの利用が多く、

元気な声と緑に囲まれた、明るく開放的な雰囲気の職場です。

スポーツをきっかけに人が集い、

地域の皆さまに親しまれている施設として、日々多くの方に利用されています。

フロントでの受付対応をはじめ、接客や予約管理など、施設運営に必要な幅広いスキルを身につけることができます。

入社後は、まず基本的な業務からスタート。

慣れてきたら、団体利用の対応や後輩スタッフのフォローなどにも少しずつチャレンジしていただきます。

将来的には、施設運営を支える中心メンバーとして、

現場をまとめる役割を担っていただけるキャリアパスをご用意しています。

日々さまざまなお客様が利用されるため、マニュアル通りにいかない場面も少なくありません。

その都度状況を見て判断し、行動する力が求められます。

特に夏休みなどの繁忙期は、来場者数が増え、対応に忙しさを感じることもあります。

最初は戸惑うこともありますが、周囲のスタッフと協力しながら経験を積むことで、自然と対応力が身についていきます。
