Business Overview
To advance Rakuten Symphony's global business from a legal perspective, we provide contract negotiation support, legal reviews, dispute resolution, and related services.
Contract Drafting & Negotiation (Japanese/English): Lead the drafting and negotiation of complex commercial contracts related to Rakuten Symphony's overall business (particularly telecommunications software and technology transactions).
Legal Review:
Conduct legal reviews of Rakuten's products, marketing, and business initiatives. Collaborate with other teams to provide practical, solution-oriented advice that accelerates launches and innovation.
Dispute Resolution:
Handle disputes with customers and suppliers.
Project Management:
Plan, manage, and execute multiple projects simultaneously.
