<業務内容>
このマーケティングコーディネータ職は、個人事業主・中小企業の経営者向け法人カードの新規導入を促進するためのマーケティング活動全般を担当します。プロスペクトマーケティングの観点から、見込み顧客(プロスペクト)に向けた施策を立案、実行し、デジタル部門、法人営業部門と連携して成果につなげていきます。オンライン、オフラインの両面からアプローチを行う、ハイブリッドなB2Bマーケティングに携わります。
この役割と責任範囲には、チームメンバー、デジタル部門、営業部門のみならず、他部門の関連チーム、及び内部/外部ステークホルダーとの多岐にわたる連携・協業が含まれます。
データ分析、ターゲティング、施策改善などを経験しながら、マーケティングプランの作成から実践まで段階的にスキルを身に着けていただきます。営業支援の立場として、現場の声をダイレクトに感じられるものこのポジションの魅力です。「戦略を考えるだけではなく、実行まで携わりたい」、「データを活かして成果を出したい」、という方にとって、やりがいある環境です。
