このポジションでは、リーダーの指導の下、アメリカン・エキスプレス発行のカードにおいて、カード会員のエンゲージメント強化およびカード利用推進全般を担当していただきます。調査結果やデータによるカード会員のポートフォリオ・利用動向、興味・関心、ニーズの分析、キャンペーン・コミュニケーションの設計・制作、効果測定等を担当します。施策実施の際には、社内のチームとの調整や社外パートナーとの連携もご担当いただきます。
<業務内容>
・競合分析、顧客のニーズ調査、カード会員のポートフォリオ・利用動向分析を行う
・上記の分析・調査から課題を見つけ出し、マーケティング戦略を立てる
・マーケティング戦略に沿ったキャンペーン・コミュニケーションの企画・運営を行う
・キャンペーン(ポイントオファー・キャッシュバックオファー等)の準備や会員向けコミュニケーション(Eメールやダイレクトメールなど)の制作を行う
・実施したキャンペーン・コミュニケーションの効果測定を行い、次回に向けての提案を行う
・アメリカン・エキスプレスのコールセンターと常に連携し、日々のお客様からのお問い合わせに対応する
