一人ひとりの利用者さまにじっくり向き合える訪問介護のお仕事

<具体的な業務>

・利用者さまのご自宅での日常生活サポート

・内服管理、清潔ケア、排泄ケア、食事介助

・簡単な医療処置

・ご家族への相談対応・アドバイス

・医師・看護師・ケアマネジャーとの連携業務

・自動車での利用者さま宅への移動
