•宿泊予約やアップセルの機会を捉えて、より充実したご滞在の提案をしてください。
•現金やクレジットカードでの支払いを処理してください。
•チェックインとチェックアウトのプロセスをスムーズかつ効率的に進めてください。
•お客様のニーズの一歩先を行く行動を心がけてください。
•お客様の好みを覚えて実行し、メッセージやご要望、ご質問、苦情などに対応してください。
•すべてのお客様に信頼いただけるコンタクト先となってください。
•その日に予定されているイベントやアクティビティを常に確認してください。
•他のスタッフが助けを必要としているときは、臨時の業務にも臨機応変に対応してください。
求める能力
•コミュニケーションスキル - ゲストは懸念点やサポートを必要としていフロントデスク訪れるため、話しやすい人物であることが求められる。
•問題解決能力 - 問題が起きた際でも、それを機会に変えることですべてのゲストが素晴らしい思い出を胸にお帰りいただける様努める。
•言語スキル - ビジネスレベルの日本語と英語
•基本的な読み書き、計算、コンピュータスキルに精通している。

Your day to day
•Be the warm welcome that kicks off a memorable guest experience
•Acknowledge IHG Rewards Club members and returning guests, in person or on the phone
•Take and manage guest bookings, up-selling opportunities and telling them about ways to improve their stay
•Handle cash and credit transactions
•Start every stay right by swiftly checking guests in and out
•Stay one step ahead of guests' needs
•Help them with anything from bill issues to local knowledge, and loop in management when necessary
•Be a trusted contact for all guests
•Always know what events and activities are on the day's schedule
•Jump into other ad-hoc duties when your colleagues need your help
What We need from you
•Communication skills - guests will need to come to you with concerns as well as compliments, so you'll be easy to talk to
•Your problem-solving skills will turn issues into opportunities so every guest leaves with great memories
•Fluency in the local language - extra language skills would be great, but not essential
•Literate and tech-savvy - you'll need a good grasp of reading, writing, basic maths and computers
