管理職候補として部下のマネジメント、担当施設のプロパティマネジメントを担当いただきます。

・物件の市場分析(立地、周辺環境、競合など)

・家賃の査定、プランニング

・テナントリーシング

・賃貸借契約の締結

・入退去時の各種手続き

・原状回復、改修工事の提案

・部下のマネジメント

・担当施設はオフィスビル、店舗付マンション、貸工場、貸倉庫です。

・担当地域は東京都が中心です。

・残業時間は月平均20時間です。
