FONZグループとは

どの店舗でも「料理」「空間」「サービス」を追求し、お客さまを笑顔にできるお店づくりに尽力しております。

当社では、現在約2000名の従業員が各店舗にて活躍中。

今回は、各店舗が円滑に運営できるようバッグオフィスから支えるポジションの募集です。

  • ポジション例 ※あくまで一例です
  • 労務(勤怠管理/各種保険手続き/年末調整/健康診断受診管理/法令改正の対応 etc.)
  • 採用(各店の人員状況把握/採用戦略の立案/採用人数・職種・スキル要件の定義/面接 etc.)
  • ブランド人事(店舗状況の把握/人事・労務情報の提供/店舗のトラブル対応/各店舗MTG etc.)
  • レイバー(FL管理/各店舗の人件費管理/売上予測のチェック/適性なシフト組みの維持 etc.)
  • 総務(BCPの構築/寮管理/備品管理/防災・安全管理/契約書の管理 etc.)
  • ダイバー(人材紹介会社・登録支援期間との連携/外国人採用フローの構築/障がい者・外国人雇用の制度づくり etc.)
  • 組織人材開発(講習制度の体系化/評価制度の構築・改善/店舗MTG推進/面談フローの整備 etc.)

今回は、各分野の中核を担うリーダー候補の募集のため、上記と合わせてチームマネジメントもおまかせします。

組織体制

現在の人事部は、全体で20名程のメンバーで構成されています。

「労務」「採用」「人材開発」「ダイバー」等、店舗運営に必要なほとんどの部署が同じオフィス内にあるので、日々協力しあいながら業務に取り組んでます。

今回募集の「労務部門」は、現在4名で30~40代中心に活躍中。

完全な縦割りではなく、時に担当を兼任したり、担当外の分野であっても協力しながら推進しています。

虎ノ門のオフィスは店舗同様洗練されたデザインが特徴。大きめの会議室があったり、zoom用のプライベートルームがあったりと、働きやすさを詰め込んだオフィスです。

資格


【必須】

  • 人事関連の実務経験をお持ちの方
  • 管理職経験をお持ちの方

【歓迎】

  • 飲食業界、サービス業界でのご経験をお持ちの方

勤務時間


実働時間:8時間/日

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり21日

・勤務曜日:月・火・水・木・金

・勤務時間:

[1] 09:00~18:00

[2] 10:00~19:00

  • 在宅勤務可(週1~2回)
  • 月1回程度、土曜出勤あり(平日振替休日)

給与


月給 35万円~50万円

(固定残業代や一律手当を含む)

固定残業代:1ヶ月あたり4万5620円~6万5000円(固定残業時間:20時間)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する

※試用期間3カ月/期間中も同条件

※給与額はこれまでのご経験能力に応じて決定いたします。

※昇給あり

※賞与年2回(2年目より査定対象/業績連動)

交通費:交通費支給

1日支給上限/1,000円

月額支給上限/2万円
