Capital Management supports the AIG Finance team in statutory Capital and dividend planning and decision-making, in support of both the Japan business and AIG's global priorities.
The Capital Management analyst position will support all capital-related functions, including operations, reporting, and analysis, for AIG Japan at both the holding company and subsidiary level (both insurance and non-insurance subsidiaries).
Capital Management supports treasury operation services to AIG Japan service companies.Job Responsibilities
Capital Management, including capital and dividend assessment and reporting in a global environment.
Creation of capital solutions and performing capital and dividend impact analysis and planning on behalf of local and global leadership.
Conversion of US GAAP budgets and projections to JGAAP.Support of high-level capital communications:
Including drafting documents in both Japanese and English
Creating materials and exhibits for messaging to local and global stakeholders
Maintaining capital-related industry knowledge
Compiling general insurance industry financial information
Maintaining departmental subject matter expertise for Japan regulatory requirements
Supporting global regulatory and rating agency requirements
Treasury operations including:
payment execution, group finance, external finance, liquidity management, cash positioning for AIG Japan service companies.
