仕事内容


正直に言います。

この仕事は、楽な事務仕事ではありません。

その代わり、5年ほどかけて

SAPコンサルタントを目指せる仕事です。

特別な資格や実務経験は不要です。

ただし、覚えることは多く、考える力が求められる環境です。

最初にお任せするのは以下のような業務です。

・システム画面が正しく動くかのチェック

・マニュアルを見ながらの設定入力

・データ内容の確認

・先輩コンサルタントの作業サポート

考えなくていい仕事ではなく、

「なぜこの作業が必要か」を理解しながら進めます。

  • SAPについて

SAPは、大手企業の経理・物流・人事などを支える

業務用システムです。

最初は専門用語も多く、

正直、簡単ではありません。

ただし

・SAP未経験スタートの社員が多数

・未経験から入社し、現在活躍しているメンバーもいます

時間をかけて覚えれば、

市場価値の高いスキルになります。

  • キャリアイメージ(目安)

・2〜3年目:業務理解・改善サポート

・4〜5年目:SAPコンサルタントとして提案側へ

勤務時間詳細


総労働時間:1ヶ月あたり163時間

・1日の標準労働時間:8時間

・勤務形態:フレックスタイム制(コアタイムなし)

※顧客プロジェクト参画中は顧客の勤務形態に準ずる

基本給:年俸 350万円 〜 550万円

固定残業代:なし

年俸350万円〜550万円

(月約29万円〜+各種手当)

※残業代全額支給/固定残業なし
