仕事内容
保険ショップ『保険クリニック』に来店されたお客様へ、独自開発した保険分析・検索システム『保険IQシステム』を使って最適な保険を提案していただくお仕事です。
1.今加入している保険の保障内容がそれぞれのお客様に合っているのか?将来に向けて問題点はないか?などを確認していきます。
2.問題点が見つかった場合やご希望の保障内容ではなかった場合には、保障の見直しのお手伝いをいたします。『保険IQシステム』を使用して複数の保険会社の商品からお客様にあった保険を一緒に探します。
3.契約のお手続き。『保険クリニック』なら複数社との契約手続きも、ワンストップで行えます。
4.契約後のアフターケアも大事なお仕事です。住所変更・給付金請求、ご家族の環境変化などによる保障の再見直しなど行います。
入社後約2か月間の研修で保険の知識や業務フロー、システムの操作などコンサルティングのノウハウが学べるので未経験でも安心です。

給与・諸手当
月給280,000円~(店舗手当、営業手当、固定残業手当25時間分を含む、超過分別途支給)
※経験・能力等を考慮の上決定

勤務時間
10:00~20:00(本社研修中は9:00~18:00、店舗配属後はシフト制)
