FInTのインターンでは、プロの現場で即戦力として企画の立ち上げから実行、改善までを一貫して担当します。

【具体的な業務内容】

・企画戦略: クライアントが抱える課題に対し、InstagramやTikTokなどのSNSを使った最適なマーケティングプランを企画します。

・コンテンツ企画: トレンドを捉え、人々の心を動かすバズるコンテンツを考え、形にします。

・ディレクション: 企画を実行に移し、インフルエンサーや関係者を巻き込みながら、プロジェクトを成功に導きます。

・データ分析・改善提案: 実施した施策の結果をデータで振り返り、「なぜうまくいったのか?」「次はどうすればもっと良くなるのか?」を分析。クライアントに次のアクションを提案します。

求める人材:

<インターン>

・平日週30時間以上働くことができる方

・半年以上働くことができる方 (慣れてくれば一部リモート可)

<アシスタント>

・平日週20時間以上働くことができる方 (全て出社)

※アシスタントは、社員やインターンメンバーのサポートからスタートしていただきます。

勤務時間・曜日:

■勤務時間:フレックス制

・勤務可能時間: 平日7:00~22:00

・コアタイム: 平日12:00~16:00

■勤務スタイル:ハイブリッド型

・出社/リモートを使い分け可能

※原則出社

※学業理由の場合はリモート可(要相談)

休暇・休日:

・完全週休二日制(土日休暇)

・夏季休暇、年末年始休暇あり

※フロアは完全禁煙(館内に喫煙室あり)

給与:

​時給: 1,300円〜
