Required Skills and Experience

  • X years of experience in project and/or service delivery
  • Ability to team effectively across a large organization to bring together high performing cross functional teams to deliver services for customers
  • Ability to represent a seamless customer solution by integrating multiple service areas
  • Ability to manage and govern large business-to-business multi-year service contracts
  • Ability to become a customer trusted advisor who can recognize business needs and follow through to revenue expanding wins
  • In-depth knowledge of business controls and cost accounting with ability to manage a large contract P&L Preferred Skills and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Six Sigma, PMP, and/or ITIL certifications
  • Successful long term customer relationship management
