当社はNEXCO西日本の100%出資により、2006年にグループ会社として設立。近畿2府4県と福井県の一部高速道路・有料道路にある170の料金所で料金収受を行っています。

契約社員として2年間勤務後、評価項目をクリアすると正社員になります。登用率は99%です特に優秀な方は2年以内での正社員登用実績もあります。

【仕事内容】

高速道路の料金所で料金収受などの業務をお願いします。

具体的には…

・料金収受などのお客様対応

・通行料金の精算

・料金所内モニターの監視

・出入口車線の監視・開放・閉鎖

・ETC機器、自動精算機の管理 など

【勤務の流れ】

8:45~翌日9:15が基本的な出勤です。

※勤務時間は長いですが休憩は合計9時間20分(仮眠4時間)と働きやすい環境を整えております。

【1週間の勤務例】

月曜日:出勤/8:45~

火曜日:~9:15勤務終了オフ

水曜日:休日

木曜日:出勤/8:45~

金曜日:~9:15勤務終了オフ

土曜日:休日

日曜日:出勤/8:45~

  • 勤務明けの翌日はほとんどが休日なので、自分の時間がしっかり確保できます。

【給与】

月給19万7800円~21万5800円

※勤務地により手当の額は異なります。

※実績により時間外手当、深夜手当、通勤費は別途支給します。

※対象者には扶養手当を別途支給します。

※深夜手当は通常勤務で1万円程度(昼夜勤務11回の場合)

【年収例】

  • 入社(契約社員):251万円(月給19万7800円+深夜手当)
  • 3年目(社員):305万円(月給19万9300円+深夜手当+賞与)
  • 4年目(チーフ心得):327万円(月給21万5800円+深夜手当+賞与)
  • 5年目(チーフ):343万円(月給23万4300円+深夜手当+賞与)

最寄り駅:京阪本線・大阪モノレール「門真市」駅

【勤務時間・曜日】

8:45~翌9:15(実働15時間10分/休憩9時間20分 ※連続休憩4時間含む)

※交代制の昼夜勤務

<勤務回数>月11回程度

※1ヶ月単位の変形労働時間制(週平均40時間以内)

※勤務地により始業・終業時間が異なります。(実働時間は変わりません)

料金所で働く全員が異業界から転職してきました

※63才定年(再雇用制度を利用すれば68歳まで働けます)

【こんな経験があれば活かせます】

・夜間警備や施設警備、交通誘導などの警備業界経験

・タクシーやバス、トラックなどの運送経験

その他早期退職者やブランクがある方も活躍中です。
