当社では、未経験からスタートできるインフラエンジニアを募集しています。

フルリモートや完全在宅といった働き方に魅力を感じる方もいらっしゃるかもしれません。

当社の働き方は、プロジェクトの状況等に応じて出社が必要となる場合があり、週に数回の出社や状況に応じた柔軟な対応をお願いすることもありますが、リモート勤務を基本としています。

【入社後の流れ】

  • STEP1:基礎研修

「ITとは?」「サーバ・ネットワークとは?」という基本的な概念から、Linuxやネットワーク、AWS、セキュリティについてしっかりと理解を深めます。

基礎研修のゴールではLpicというサーバー構築に関する資格を取得

  • STEP2:サーバー構築実習

基礎知識を活かして、実際にサーバー構築を体験。同期と一緒に課題に取り組み、実践的なスキルを習得していきます。

  • STEP3:チームでの実務研修

実務に近い環境で、サーバーやネットワークの構築・運用を実践。現場で役立つスキルを身につけながら、自信を持ってエンジニアデビューを果たせます。

  • STEP4:プロジェクト参画

研修終了後は、あなたのスキルに合ったプロジェクトに配属

現在SESとして他社でご活躍されている方も、未経験からエンジニアに挑戦したいと考えている方も、ぜひご応募ください。

年収 円 ~ 円

月給 260000円 ~

上記額にはみなし残業代を含みます。※超過分は全額支給いたします。

みなし残業代:34,200円

※経験・スキルを考慮し、決定いたします。

試用期間の長さ:6ヶ月

給与:月給 220000円以上
