・夜勤手当:6,000円/回 ※月4回程度(月給には4回予定で算出)

・資格手当:5,000円(初任者研修) :10,000円(実務者研修・喀痰吸引1号研修) :30,000円(介護福祉)

・住宅手当:賃貸5,000円、持ち家10,000円(世帯主に限る)

・家族手当:配偶者10,000円、子ども3人目まで 5,000円、4人目~3,000円
