  • 【仕事内容】

    美容クリニック・大学病院・研究室で

    使用される注射針などの美容医療機器、

    医療機器の製造・販売事業における

    営業事務担当として、以下のような

    業務を担って頂きます。

社内外の関係者と信頼関係を築きながら、

スムーズな受発注業務を支える

社内の中核ポジションです。

<業務内容>

・既存顧客との窓口・電話対応

・販売管理システムを通じたデータ入力、

伝票や見積の作成業務

・顧客から発注を受けた製品の

「簡単な組み立て~梱包~出荷」業務

・各作業工程(商品の入荷/出荷

/在庫保管)の管理

・品質向上/効率化に向けた仕組み作り

・その他オフィス内で発生する事務業務

など

【教育体制】

概ね1年程度は研修期間として、

OJTを中心に丁寧に研修を行います。

【必須要件】

・中小企業での営業事務経験

  • 顧客からの問い合わせ対応
  • 受発注業務の対応

・社内外に配慮し適切なコミュニケーションをお取りいただける方

・基本的なPCスキル

  • 取引先とのメール対応
  • 販売管理システムへの情報入力

9時~17時、もしくは10時~17時でご活躍いただける方を募集いたします。

・完全週休2日制(土日祝日)
