【募集背景】
DXCのお客様である大手企業において、オンプレミスのメインフレーム環境をクラウド(AWS)ベースのオープン環境へ移行する大規模プロジェクトが計画されています。
IBM z/OSおよび日立VOS3メインフレームからAWSクラウドへの移行を含む大規模モダナイゼーションプロジェクトにおけるインフラ領域内のインフラ構築および、運用設計、運用テスト業務を推進していただきます。
現状のメインフレーム環境を理解し、オープン環境への移行に伴う顧客への説明、実装をリードしていただきます。
【職務内容】
- 運用設計に関する顧客折衝、ドキュメント作成、運用チームへの引き継ぎ。
- 現状のメインフレームの環境を理解したうえで、新しいオープン環境で同等の運用をどのように実現するかを検討・実装。
- メインフレームからAWSクラウドへの移行に伴う運用設計をリード。
- クラウド環境での運用プロセス、監視、ジョブ管理、障害対応フローの設計。
- 運用自動化、ジョブスケジューリング(JP1/AJS3)、監視(JP1/IM3)、ログ管理(Syslog)などの設計・導入。
- 移行後の運用テスト計画策定と実行管理。
- 各種ミドルウェアの仕様を理解した運用設計、運用テスト計画と実行
- メインフレームと関連する端末、プリンタ、帳票システムを理解した運用設計、運用テスト計画と実行
- プロジェクト成功に向けた顧客に対して必要なコミュニケーションの実施
- 顧客に対して、プレゼンテーションを担当
- 顧客の課題や要望を理解し、コスト面・技術面・運用面を考慮した最適な運用の提案
- パートナーやオフショアと協調をしてのプロジェクト推進
- 案件の成功に向けてチームをリード
- DXCのインフラサービス戦略の立案
【求める人物像】
- 運用設計やクラウド運用モデルに関する深い理解を持ち、改善提案ができる方。
- チームを牽引し、関係者との円滑なコミュニケーションを図れるリーダーシップを備えた方。
- 大規模システムの運用設計における品質意識と責任感を持つ方。
【Mandatory(MUST)】
以下のいずれかの経験をお持ちの方
- 5年以上の運用設計経験
- IBM z/OSまたは日立VOS3メインフレームに関する運用経験
- COBOL、Assembler、JCLの理解
- メインフレームおよびオープン系システムの運用設計経験。
- 現状メインフレームのログ解析、ジョブ管理、監視、障害対応フロー設計の経験。JP1/AJS3、AOEMF、AOMPLUS、JP1/IAJS3、JP1/IM3などの運用系ミドルウェアの知識。
- 大規模システム移行プロジェクトでの運用設計リード経験
- メインフレームからクラウドへの運用モデル移行経験
【Nice to have】
以下のいずれかの経験をお持ちの方
- 10年以上のシステムインテグレーション経験
- 5年以上のソリューションアーキテクト経験
- 5年以上のAWSクラウド環境での運用設計経験
- オペレーション自動化ツールの導入・運用経験
- 文字コード変換や帳票関連の移行対応経験
- AOEMF、AOMPLUS、XDM、DCCM3、HOPPS3などの特定ミドルウェア経験
- Syslog、HULFT、MQなどの運用監視・通信関連の知識
- ドキュメント作成・コミュニケーション能力
- 海外チームとの協業
