仕事内容


【仕事内容】

商業施設やオフィスビルなどでのテナント工事の立ち合い業務をお任せします。

夜間の施工が中心となるため、現場の安全管理と進捗確認を丁寧に行っていただける方を募集します。

<主な業務内容>

・工事実施前後の安全資料(チェックリスト等)の作成補助

・工事前・工事後の現場写真撮影および整理

・施工業者との簡単なやり取り、立ち合い対応

・報告書作成、データ管理 など

※施工管理資格などは不要。基本的なPCスキル(Word・Excel)があればOKです。

※横浜または新横浜の拠点に所属し、現場は横浜・横須賀・武蔵小杉駅周辺の商業施設が中心です。

・夜勤対応が可能な方

・社会人としての基本的なマナーがある方

・安全やルールを守って行動できる方

・未経験歓迎(資格等不問)

【勤務時間】

20:00~翌5:00(実働8時間/休憩1時間)

※工事スケジュールにより前後する場合あり

【勤務日数】

週5日(月~金)

※土日祝休み

【勤務地】

横浜市内または新横浜エリア(左記拠点より横浜・横須賀・武蔵小杉駅周辺の現場に出張します)

【給与】

月給 22,5000円~300,000円

※深夜手当別途支給

【その他】

・交通費全額支給
