▼業界の課題感

・ブルーカラー業界の人手不足と採用難が近年課題になっております。2024年4月には、トラックドライバーの時間外労働が960時間を上限に規制され、改正改善基準告示が適用されました。1人あたりの労働時間が短くなることで輸送能力が不足し、2030年には全国の約35%の荷物が運べなくなると言われています。

これまでグレーゾーンで保ち続けていた業界構造が崩れ、「採用ができないから、人が足りない。物が届かない、建物が建てられない。」という社会問題に発展する大きな課題を抱えた業界です。

【顧客からいただく相談内容】

・人材紹介を利用しているが3ヶ月に1.2名程度しか候補者を紹介されない。
