Activ8は、現在正社員ベースで約20名。業務委託を含めると50名程度の組織です。 これまで経理と財務の業務に関しては外注によって担保してきましたが、組織・事業(売上)共に、YoY130%程度を見込んでおり、以下の二点において課題を解決したいと考えています。
現状では、経営状況を分析的に捉え、経営陣への課題の示唆や解決策の実行が不足している。現状の規模では十分だが、今後さらなる財務体制・基盤の強化を行いたい。
年次・月次の経理処理が最低限の対応となっており、さらなる効率化や規模の拡大に対応したい。

経理フロー改善及び経理ルール構築
その他管理会計業務、金融機関対応
経営管理業務
予算策定、予実管理、中期計画策定のサポート業務
管理会計や予実管理精度向上に向けた仕組み(運用ルール、インフラなど)の改善及びルール構築
