グループ会社の経費支払や調達に関する事務業務をお願いします

  • お仕事内容

【グループ会社の経費(旅費や交通費等)支払業務】及び

【グループ会社で使用する備品(机やプリンター等)の調達業務】

①関連書類の受付、スキャン、データ入力、点検

②不足書類など、不備が発生した際の簡単な電話連絡 など

※架電のみ有(1日3件程度)
