最初はPCを使った事務手続きから始めていただき、実践を通じて社会保険労務士の専門知識を基礎から身につけられます。

ゆくゆくは、お客様とやり取りをすることで直接「ありがとう」を言われることもあったりと、仕事の楽しさを感じてもらえるはずです。

  • 有資格者:月給24万円以上 無資格者:月給23万円以上

  • 定期昇給、賞与年2回、決算賞与、通勤手当、残業手当あり

  • 残業ほぼなしでメリハリをつけて働ける

  • 完全週休2日制(土日)・祝日、年間休日120日以上

夏季休日8月13日~15日、年末年始休日12月29日~1月4日

<社会保険労務士ってどんな仕事?>

企業経営に欠かせない「人事・労務」の専門家として、働きやすい職場環境の整備や雇用保険、社会保険の手続き、労務に関する相談のサポートを行うお仕事です。

お客様の人事労務担当の方の疑問を解消し、問題を解決します。

今回の募集は、その社労士をサポートするポジションです。

社会保険労務士補助からスタートして、ゆくゆくは国家資格を取得し、社会保険労務士として活躍することもできます。

<業務内容>

社会保険労務士のサポート役として、手続業務からお願いします。

具体的には、手続き依頼受信・補助業務、電子申請データ入力、データ管理、電話・来客応対などをOJT形式で実際に業務をしながら覚えていってください。

これらの仕事をマスターしたら、より専門的な仕事に挑戦できます。

例えば、問い合わせ対応、労務相談対応、就業規則作成、労働者派遣許可申請などをお客様とやり取りをしながら進めていきます。

<年次による活躍のイメージ>

入社1年目:手続き依頼受信・補助業務を習得

入社2年目~:専門知識を身につけ、顧客対応や行政機関問い合わせ対応

入社5年目~:担当顧客を持ち、相談業務に挑戦、就業規則、給与制度、労務デューデリジェンスなどにも携わることが可能

<幅広い年代のスタッフが活躍中>

社労士補助として活躍しているのは、20代~60代の女性8名。

そして有資格者は30~60代が4名おり、活気のある職場です。

正直、最初のうちは専門用語など知らない言葉が多くて戸惑うこともあると思います。

それでも学ぶ意欲があり、教えてもらったことを謙虚に素直に実行できる方だと続けやすい職場です。

実働時間:1日あたり8時間

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり18日 〜 22日

勤務時間:9:00~18:00(休憩60分)

※残業月平均0~10時間程度

基本給:月給 23万円 〜

固定残業代:なし

有資格者:月給24万円以上

※年齢・経験を考慮し決定します。

※歩合給あり(0円~5万円)

・あり(昨年実績:7000円~1万1000円)

・通勤手当(上限3万円まで/月)

・425万円/30歳 入社7年(月給30万円+諸手当+賞与)

・560万円/40歳 入社17年(月給40万円+諸手当+賞与)

試験直前は特別体制「就業時間中に勉強ができる」

「社労士」の資格取得は3年程度かかります。

資格取得費用最大15万円まで補助します。

働きながらの資格取得は大変だからこそ、当社では試験4週間前の午前中を勉強時間として確保しています。

午後からは定時まで通常業務をこなして帰宅後も勉強をする。

このように、会社として資格取得のバックアップ体制を整えていますので、向上心のある方にはピッタリの環境です。

職場は20〜30代中心で活気があり、有資格者(30〜60代)から直接学べる環境です。試験4週間前は午前勉強・午後仕事OKなど、資格取得へのサポート体制も万全。学ぶ意欲と素直さがあれば成長できます
