仕事内容:

Webサイトの運用や営業に関わる事務サポート業務をお願いします。

主な業務内容

■Webサイト更新

  • Webサイト内の文章修正・情報の差し替え
  • お知らせ・実績ページなどの更新入力
  • ECサイトの商品登録
  • 画像やリンクの差し替え作業
  • 内容チェック・簡単な確認作業

■Webサイト管理

  • 運用・保守を行なっているサイトのリスト管理
  • Web サイトの契約更新の請求管理
  • Webサイトに関する個別の請求管理

■営業事務

  • 営業ツールへの入力
  • 営業メールの一斉配信
  • 営業内容のまとめ
  • 営業資料の作成(Excel,PowerPoint)
  • 見積書・請求書の作成

■データ入力

  • イベント等の申し込み情報の入力
  • 社内システムへの情報入力
  • 経理に関する情報入力

■お客様対応

  • お客様からのメール・電話対応
  • お問い合わせに関する返信

※Webサイトを一から作る制作業務はありません

※専門的なコーディング作業はありません

※決められた手順に沿って進める業務が中心です

※研修があるので安心して作業できる環境が整っています

仕事内容が多岐に見えますが

「過去にWebサイトの更新を担当したことがある」

という方であれば、無理なく始められます。

シフトについて

勤務時間は9:00〜18:00の間で調整可能です。

「少し早めに上がりたい」「お昼から働きたい」など、

ライフスタイルに合わせてご相談ください。

急な予定が入った場合も、状況に応じて柔軟に対応しています。

ブランクがある方も歓迎

久しぶりのお仕事復帰という方も問題ありません。

研修で少しづつ業務に慣れていただけるようサポートします。

職場の雰囲気

様々な年代のスタッフが活躍しており、

周辺にはコンビニや飲食店もあり、ちょっとした買い物にも便利です。

《必須条件》

  • Webサイト更新の実務経験
  • 基本的なPC操作(Word,Excel,PowerPoint)ができる方

  • 長時間のPC作業が苦でない方

勤務時間・曜日:

9:00〜18:00の間でのシフト制勤務です。

勤務時間は、

保育施設の送迎時間やご家庭の事情(介護など)を考慮し、

ご希望に応じて柔軟に調整できます。

「少し遅めのスタートにしたい」

「夕方までに退勤したい」

といったご相談も可能です。

無理のない働き方で、経験を活かして長く続けていただけます。

【お休みについて】

お子様の体調不良や学校行事、

ご家族の通院・介護関連の予定などによる

急なお休みやシフト変更にも柔軟に対応しています。

1日単位・時間単位での調整が可能なため、

「急に休むのは気が引ける…」といった心配は不要です。

スタッフ同士でフォローし合う環境の中、

安心して働いていただけます。

休暇・休日:

  • 土日祝休み
  • 年末年始休暇

お子様の学校行事やご家族の予定、

体調不良などによるお休みも、事前・当日の相談が可能です。

「この日は休みたい」「この週は少し調整したい」

といったご希望も伝えやすく、

無理なく働き続けられる環境です。

急なお休みが必要な場合も、

周囲でフォローし合いながら対応しています。

また研修期間中は出社をお願いしますが

研修期間終了後は在宅でお仕事が可能です
