あなたには、【販売総合職】として、

ブランドの世界観をお客様へ届けるお仕事をお任せします。

"自社製品の魅力を伝える接客"にとどまらず、

"ブランドの価値を一緒につくる"やりがいを感じながら働けます。

<具体的なお仕事内容>

・お客様への接客、商品のご案内

・商品の発注、売上管理

・売り場づくり

・SNSやブログの更新

  • SNS運用もお任せしますので、自社製品やそのブランド・世界観づくりなどをお願いします。

※発注や売上管理は、フォーマットがあり、入力するだけでカンタンにできます。

当社のブランドを手に取ったことがないという方でもご安心ください。

入社後はまず、店舗でのOJT研修からスタート。

「当社の事業内容」「ブランドや商品について」といった基礎を学んでいきます。

独り立ちの目安は3~6ヶ月程度を想定しています。

店舗スタッフ全員でサポートするので、少しずつできる仕事の幅を広げていってくださいね。

ノルマはありませんが、あなたの頑張りをしっかりと評価できるように、

「インセンティブ制」「報奨金制度」を設けています。

オリジナルブランド「GANZO」や「Epoi」を展開。

当社の革製品は、日本の職人が一つひとつ手づくりで仕上げており、

縫製や革の切り口など細部まで徹底にこだわった耐久性の高いものばかり。

価格帯は数万円~数十万円超、最高品質で長年愛用される方が多いことが特徴です。

<お客様層>

30代~40代の女性がメインで、親子二世代でご愛用いただいているお客様もいます。

また、当社の製品がドラマで使われる機会が多くなり、近頃は20代のお客様も増えています。

実働時間:1日あたり8時間

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり20日 〜 21日

10:40~20:10

  • 実働8時間00分・休憩1時間30分

【ある1日の流れ】

10:30 出社

10:40 朝礼参加、開店前の売り場清掃

11:00 ~開店~ 接客開始

11:40 発注業務

12:00 昼休憩

13:00 接客、他スタッフの休憩回し

20:10 退店

残業はほぼなく、プライベートも大切にしながら働けます

お仕事が終わったら、近隣のお店でショッピングや、

カフェでお茶してから帰ることなどもできちゃいますよ

基本給:月給 23万円 〜

固定残業代:なし

月給23万円~+残業手当(100%支給)

※ご経験に応じて決定いたします。
