【東京都千代田区】理美容家電の設計開発/解析・評価・研究業務/Solidworks/研修・福利厚生充実

ご入社後に担当いただく想定配属先の業務は、 理美容家電の設計開発業務を担当いただきます。

Solidworksを用いた機構設計、CAE解析、計測機器による性能評価、毛髪構造に基づく要素技術の提案など、製品開発の上流から下流まで幅広く関われるポジションです。Adobe Illustratorを用いた資料作成や、外部機関との連携による検証業務も含まれます。設計経験を活かしながら、解析・研究・業務改善など多角的なスキルを習得でき、キャリアの幅を広げられる環境です。

資格

  • 必須

・人とのコミュニケーションに抵抗のない方

・基本的なPCスキル(officeツール使用経験)

・理系学科卒(機械・電気・化学など)

・Solidworksを使用した実務経験をお持ちの方

  • 尚可

・家電または電気関連の有形材(部品含む)を扱った設計経験

・CAE解析経験

・Adobe Illustrator使用経験

実働時間:8時間/日

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり21日

9:00~18:00(プロジェクトにより異なる)1日あたりの実働時間:8時間 休憩時間60分

月給 23万円~29万円

(一律手当を含む)

  • 賞与:年2回(7月・12月)
  • 昇給:年2回(4月・10月)

※スキル経験年数を考慮し話し合いの上、優遇します。

  • 普通残業/深夜残業手当/休日出勤手当(1分単位で全額支給)
  • 通勤費全額支給

(車の場合、ガソリン代を支給)

  • 赴任手当

・扶養家族を有する単身赴任者:50,000円/月

  • 借上社宅制度(社員寮)※単身・家族で利用可

※会社都合での転居(赴任先への引っ越し)の場合のみ

支給条件:

・赴任地と自宅の直線距離250Km以上

・扶養家族を有する単身赴任者(1回/2カ月)

・扶養家族を有しない単身赴任者(1回/6カ月)
