主な責務
調達計画の策定及び実行
* プロジェクト のスコープに 沿った調達実行計画を立てる。
* 最新の市場動向、価格変動や新技術に関する情報を収集・分析する 。
サプライヤーの管理
* 新規サプライヤー の選定・既存サプライヤーの 評価及び関係維持
* 価格交渉、契約交渉及び契約条件の設定
* ベンダーマスターファイル作成・ 更新・ 維持管理
調達・購買活動の実施及び管理
* 材料表(BOM) を 正確に把握する。社内技術部門の協力を求めながら、メーカーやサプ
ライヤーに仕様確認を行う。
* 発注処理、納期の追跡、また現場と密接に連絡取り合い、工程に合わせ て 設備や資材搬入
時期の調整対応、国内外のメーカー・サプライヤーと 出荷調整の やり取りをする。
* 現場と連携し 、納入品の品質確認を 実施し 、 不具合や品質問題が発生した場合の対応策を
講じる 。購入資機材の仕様書の 入手及び関係者に タイムリーに 共有する。
* 購入発注の予算内管理とコスト削減の実施。ベンダー価格比較表の作成・ 更新・維持管理。
* 調達プロセスにおけるリスクの特定、評価、軽減策の実施。
社内における 協力関係の構築
* プロジェクト部、エンジニアリング部、財務経理部など、社内関係部署と密接に協力し、
調達プロセスの効率及び透明性を高める
* 購買・調達プロセスの改善提案を行う
在庫管理と物流的サポート
* 資機材の在庫管理を 適切な方法で適時に行う
* 必要に応じて物流的手配を行う(輸入通関手続きや運送業者との段取り、調整業務)
必要な 資格・ スキル
* 調達、購買、輸出入または関連分野での経験、 業界基準に 関する 知識
* 交渉能力、 コミュニケーション能力(英語力があれば尚可)。
* 責任感が強く、 細部への注意力が高い。
* Microsoft Office(熟練の Excel スキル) 。
* プロジェクト 管理と 在庫管理の基本的な知識。
