業務内容
- 経営をドライブする仕組み設計:事業・組織両面の成長戦略とガバナンスを踏まえ、業務プロセス・データ・制度を再構築し、経営判断の精度とスピードを高めます。
- AI/LLMを活用した業務変革:AnyAIをはじめとする先端テクノロジーを駆使し、業務オートメーションと意思決定を実現し、業務生産性を2倍にするための仕組みを設計・展開します。
- 透明で共有可能な情報基盤の構築:アジア15カ国22拠点の部門や拠点を横断してデータを統合し、誰もが共通の前提で迅速に議論できる環境を実現します。
- 全社横断プロジェクトの推進:営業・会計業務の再設計、ECビジネスの全体最適化、人事評価プロセスの高度化など、複数の大規模プロジェクトを同時に管理し、成功に導きます。
必須条件
- AI/LLM領域への強い関心と高い知的好奇心を持ち、自ら学び続けられる方
- 今は完璧でなくても、社内の英語コミュニケーションに挑戦し、スキルアップしたい方

- 営業または会計領域での実務経験(2年以上)
- 経営企画/事業企画など、組織設計や戦略推進に携わった経験
