【募集背景】

当社では新しい事業や子会社が立ち上がっており、会社全体の売上が拡大していくにつれ、販売管理が事業を支える重要な柱となってきております。更に拡大していく組織を守るため、今回は月次決算の精度向上や内部統制の強化を目的とした増員を目指しております。

単なる販売管理における経理業務にとどまらず、経理業務を円滑に行うためのオペレーション設計やゆくゆくはキャッシュフローを整えるためのガバナンス企画をお任せする想定です。

【業務内容】

売上・利益を戦略的に把握し、様々なガバナンスを企画設計することで、決算業務を推進する仕事です。単なる仕訳や数字管理ではなく、生産性向上のため、「仕組みをつくる」フェーズに関われます。

具体的には:

  • 販売管理フローの設計・BPR(業務改革)

・現状の「契約~納品~請求~計上」フローの可視化と課題抽出

・内部統制(J-SOX)観点に基づいた、売上担当と原価担当の職務分掌(牽制機能)の設計・運用

・事業部ごとの特性に合わせた、ミスの起きない業務プロセスの構築(リスト管理、システム入力ルールの策定等)

月次決算・予実管理業務
・月次決算における売上・原価・粗利の確定業務(DOX等のシステムIDベースでの数値管理)

・経営戦略・企画策定に必要な予実データの収集・分析

経営層へのレポーティング
・取締役会や経営会議に向けた資料作成、および報告のサポート

・各管轄の経営デザイン担当と連携した、全社的な計数管理体制の強化

4.
現場との折衝・調整
・営業部門や制作部門と連携し、ビジネスのスピードを殺さずにガバナンスを効かせるための調整業務

【応募要件】

必須要件
・広告代理店など近しい業界における営業、営業企画のご経験をお持ちの方(目安3年以上)

歓迎要件
・内部統制/監査対応の経験

・上場企業またはその子会社でのJ-SOX対応、連携する各職種におけるルール整備/運用経験

プロジェクトマネジメント(PM)経験

・複数のステークホルダーを巻き込み、期限内にプロジェクト(業務改善等)を完遂した経験
