経理スタッフ募集|韓国メディア運営企業

当社は、韓国メディアを中心とした

コンテンツ運営を行っている企業です。

事業の成長に伴い、会社の基盤を支える

経理スタッフを募集します。

これまで培ってきた経理の実務経験を活かし、

日々の業務から決算業務まで、

幅広く携わっていただけるポジションです。

  • 仕事内容

経理業務全般をお任せします。

具体的には、以下の業務を

担当していただきます。

・日次経理業務

(請求書処理、伝票起票・仕訳、帳票管理)

・決算関連(月次・年次)

・全般および各部署の損益計算書の作成及び分析

・買掛、売掛管理、資金繰り管理、経費管理(ジョブカン経費精算)

・給与計算、勤怠管理(出勤簿・休暇)、社会保険手続き

・税理士法人との連携および税務対応

・書類、契約書の管理

・固定資産、設備の管理

・税金の申告及び納付

・各種届出対応

・庶務、備品管理、在庫管理

・会計ソフト:弥生会計

・給与計算ソフト:弥生会計

・勤怠システム:ジョブカン勤怠管理

・経費精算システム:ジョブカン経費精算

  • 必須条件

・経理実務経験を2年以上お持ちの方

日次経理から決算業務まで、

実務として携わった

ご経験をお持ちの方を対象としています。

求めている人材


【必須条件】

  • 経理実務経験2年以上持っている方

【経験が豊富な方はなお歓迎】

  • 日次経理業務の経験をお持ちの方

(請求書処理、伝票起票、仕訳入力、帳票管理など)

  • 月次・年次決算業務の経験をお持ちの方

  • 損益計算書(PL)の作成・分析経験をお持ちの方

  • 買掛金・売掛金管理、経費精算業務の経験をお持ちの方
  • 資金繰り管理・キャッシュフロー管理の経験をお持ちの方

  • 給与計算・勤怠管理・社会保険手続きの経験をお持ちの方

  • 税理士法人とのやり取り・税務対応の経験をお持ちの方

  • 固定資産・設備管理、契約書・各種書類管理の経験をお持ちの方
  • 税金の申告・納付、各種届出対応の経験をお持ちの方

実働時間:1日あたり8時間

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり20日 〜 21日

  • 9:30~18:30(休憩60分)

給与詳細


※基本給・固定残業代の総額

基本給:月給 23万8700円 〜 28万8700円

固定残業代:あり

1ヶ月あたり6万1300円(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり40時間)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:なし

給与は経験やスキルを考慮し、決定します。
