【職務内容】
創業100周年を迎えた同社では、次の100年に向けてさらなる会社の成長・発展を遂げるために現在様々な経営基盤整備を推進しております。
その中で人事部門では、人事制度改定や労務管理強化・健康経営の促進、各種規定整備、また、安定した有望人財の確保のための採用力強化や教育体系の構築、さらには、グローバル事業の強化を目的とした国内外の関連会社支援など、様々な課題にチャレンジしております。
主に新卒・キャリア採用及び社員教育、重要ポジションのサクセッションプラン等を企画・運営する部門にて、キャリア採用業務並びに教育・研修業務を担当いただきます。
さらに、当部門の課長補佐としてのフォロアーシップ及び後輩育成にも積極的に関わっていただきます。
【具体的には】
・キャリア採用業務、特にハイクラスやエグゼクティブクラス、グローバル人材の採用管理・業務を中心に担当いただきます。
・太陽グループ及び、太陽工業本体並びに関連会社における、階層別・事業部別教育体系の設計・見直し、個別研修の企画・運営
・国内外関連会社における重要ポジションのサクセッションプランを企画・運営を担当いただきます。

年収:550万円~800万円(例:35歳~45歳)月収:30万円~45万円+賞与(2022年実績5.5か月)(例:35歳~45歳)※年齢、経験、スキル、資格等を考慮の上、同社規定にて決定いたします。※残業代は残業時間に応じて別途全額支給いたします賞与:年2回(2022年実績5.5か月)昇給:年1回
