顧客との関係性を大切にする

営業スタイルの方を大歓迎

今までの営業経験を活かして下さい。

商材は建築・土木業界での経験が

ある方ならおなじみの「型枠」。

液状のコンクリートを建物の基礎や

壁の形に固定するために必要となる

仮設物です。その型枠販売が当社の事業。

工務店様、建築会社様への

提案営業を、あなたにお任せします。

顧客ごとに最適な提案を

いつまでに必要?

どれぐらい必要?

品質重視?使いやすさ重視?など、

お客様によってご要望は異なります。

それを引き出すのが、

当社での営業としての第一歩。

ご要望に応えられる提案ができるように

なれば、一人前の営業です

まずは関係性の構築から

最初の1~2週間程度で商品知識を

身につけたら、次は先輩社員に同行。

3ヶ月~6ヶ月程度、学んでいただき、

徐々に顧客の担当をお任せします。

先輩が築いてきた信頼関係を、

より深めていって下さい。

パートナーとなれる喜び

状況確認程度の会話のみのお客様でも

お会いする回数を重ねるうちに

「この日までに型枠、用意できる?」と

相談していただけるようになります。

「急なお願いだったのに、助かったよ」

実働時間:1日あたり8時間
