仕事内容:

D2Cビジネスにおける要求定義(課題抽出や、As-Is/To-Beの定義)

※関連するステークホルダー(事業責任者,COO,SCMなど)へのヒアリン グを通し課題を定義

・要件定義(要求の解決に必要なソリューションの策定)

・ビジネス部門へのデータプロダクトの提案

・BIツール(Tableau)を使用したダッシュボード

・レポート開発

・BIツールのユーザー部門への活用推進

・データマートの設計および開発

・SQLを使用したデータ加工・集計

・データ分析基盤のプロダクトマネジメント(ロードマップ作成)

・開発メンバーやベンダーのディレクション

・イノベーション推進や技術トレンドの監視と評価(最新技術の調査と導入検 討)

・DWH選定 #具体的なプロジェクト例(一部)

・EC事業へのBIツールの導入推進

・KPIダッシュボード設計

・開発 /顧客分析データマート設計及び開発

・レビュー分析機能の設計及び開発及びダッシュボード開発

・データ分析基盤のデータマート作成ジョブ設計

・開発 /多種多様な外部システム

・サービスとのデータ連携設計

・開発 /SCM業務を改善するためのダッシュボード開発

事業が拡大成長しているため、当ポジションの役割もより重要となっており、 また今後役割の範囲がさらに広がっていきます。
