訪問看護師(正社員)

【基本情報】

・雇用形態:正社員

・月給:26万円以上(看護師経験5年以上の想定)

・勤務地:大阪市北区長柄中1丁目

・勤務時間:8:50~17:50

・必要資格:看護師資格(准看護師は不可)

【主な業務内容】

・訪問看護:利用者宅での看護計画に基づく看護提供(1日約5件)

・電話対応専任:利用者等からの相談対応・内容整理・報告(在宅ワーク可)

・オンコール専任:夜間対応(17:50~8:50)・病状アセスメント・必要時訪問(在宅ワーク)

電話対応やオンコール対応は在宅ワークも可能。オンコール後は勤務不要で、ライフスタイルに合わせた働き方ができます。

勤務時間・曜日:

訪問看護+オンコール(月4~5回):週40時間勤務

日勤 8:50~17:50

オンコール 17:50~8:50

※オンコールは勤務扱いにつき、オンコールあけは勤務不要

※休日にカウントされない

休暇・休日:

一週2日ならびにその月の祝日数。

夏季休日(会社が指定する3日間)

冬季休日(会社が指定する4日間)
