組織・チームのミッション
当社の経理チームは、テクノロジーの力を活用して効率的かつ正確な財務管理を実現し、経営陣や事業部門に対して信頼性の高い財務情報を迅速に提供することを目指しています。私たちはプロダクトチームと密接に連携し、製品開発の各ステージに積極的に関与することで、財務情報を正確に作成し提供します。さらに、プロダクトチームの情報とコーポレートやマーケティングなど他の関連部門からの情報をもとに全体の財務状況を適切に把握し、正確な報告を実現することをミッションとしています。

業務内容
業務システムや社内の独自システムを用いて以下の業務を行います。
月次、四半期、年次の単体および連結決算業務
- 監査法人対応
- 内部統制監査対応
- 税務関連業務
その他関連業務
プロダクトリリース対応を行います。
メルカリグループでは常に既存・新規のサービス開発が行われています。そこへリリース前の検討フェーズから積極的に参加していきます。会計・開示・業法の観点に加えて、それを実現するためのシステム・オペレーションの観点から検討し、フィードバックしていきます。プロダクトチームと連携して適切な決算・開示体制を維持しながらサービスの開発に貢献していきます。

サービス、プロダクト理解の重要性
当社の経理チームは、会計や税務の専門知識に加え、サービスやプロダクトの内容を深く理解することが求められます。この理解を基に、経理業務に必要な要件を的確に把握し、必要な情報をシステマティックに収集・整理できるようにしていくことが重要です。経理担当者は、プロダクトの特性やビジネスモデルを踏まえた上で経理プロセスを構築し、経理業務が円滑に進むように業務設計していきます。
新規事業における経理業務の最適化
メルカリグループでは、資金移動業や暗号資産交換業といった新しい領域のビジネスも少なくありません。新しいプロダクトやサービスの立ち上げに際しては、既存のオペレーションがない場合もあるため、業法対応や会計処理の観点からどのように業務を設計し実行していくかを自ら考えていく必要があります。効率的で適応力のある経理体制の構築を目指していきます。
上場企業としての財務報告の迅速性、正確性の確保
上場企業として、当社の経理チームは、迅速かつ高品質な財務報告を行う必要があります。各部門と連携し正確な財務報告を実現します。
応募要件- 求める経験・スキル
- メルカリグループおよび各カンパニーのミッションとバリューに共感していただける方
- 監査法人における会計監査もしくは企業での経理経験が5年以上
- 経理内外のステークホルダーを巻き込みながらプロジェクトをリードした経験がある方
歓迎する経験・スキル
JGAAP, IFRSによる決算業務経験(連結・単体)
- JGAAP, IFRSによる開示業務経験
- システムの要件定義またはエンジニアとの協働経験
- SQLの使用経験
- 公認会計士資格
- 経営企画業務経験
- 税務関連業務経験
語学力
日本語:Proficient (CEFR - C1) 必須
- 英語:Independent (CEFR - B2) 歓迎
