【仕事内容】

美容サロンの「もっと良くしたい」をカタチにする仕事です

自社システムを使って、

・予約がスムーズになる

・リピートが増える

・スタッフさんが働きやすくなる

そんな仕組みづくりを、お客様と一緒に考えていきます。

既存のお客様が中心なので、

"はじめまして"よりも"また相談させてください"が多い現場です。

総労働時間:1ヶ月あたり160時間

フレックスタイム制度あり(コアタイム12:00~15:00)

給与詳細


※基本給・固定残業代の総額

基本給:月給 23万9600円 〜

固定残業代:あり

1ヶ月あたり1万4600円(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり2時間)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する

【一律手当】

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:なし

・月給には一律支給の地域手当(東京エリア 入社3年未満の社員は8,100円。在籍年数により増額)が含められています

・想定年収は、月給×12か月+前年度の平均賞与額で算出した理論上の金額です(※2024年度の平均賞与支給月数:3月の決算賞与も含め月給の4か月分)

・別途、残業時間に応じた残業手当が支給されるほか、通勤手当、資格手当、出張手当等があります

・経験やスキルを考慮のうえ決定します

・賞与 年2回 7月/12月(業績に応じて)

・昇給 年2回 4月/10月(査定に応じて)

・入社後3カ月間は試用期間となります。その間の雇用形態・給与・福利厚生等の条件に変更はありません。

給与例


25歳(経験2~3年):400万円

30歳:450万円~500万円

40歳: 600万円~750万円
