EC部門での事務および入出荷スタッフ
【雇用形態】
正社員
【仕事内容】
弊社で運営しているECサイトで取引される商品の入出荷作業や、事務作業などをお任せします。
<主な業務内容>
・入荷商品の荷受け検品、ピッキング、梱包
・受発注管理
・在庫管理
・商品登録
・電話問い合わせ対応 など
- 入社後、先輩社員と一緒にまずは商品管理とお客様対応を行っていただきます。
徐々に作業領域を増やしていきましょう
\ある日の1日の流れ/
8:30~17:30の場合
- 8:30 出社
電話対応、問い合わせ対応、伝票の付け合わせ
- 11:00
納品書のチェック、FAX確認
- 12:00~13:00 お昼休憩
食堂(電子レンジ完備)があり。
希望者には月5,000円でお弁当を頼むこともできます。
また一時帰宅して食事を取ることもOK

電話対応、問い合わせ対応
- 14:00
伝票の付け合わせ、データ作成、リストの確認
- 15:00
納品書のチェック、場合によっては梱包作業
- 16:00
FAXの確認、引継ぎ終礼
17:30 終業
PC作業が6割、検品・ピッキング・梱包が4割
- 取扱商品は主に、大手電動工具メーカーの工具・電動工具など
【給与】
月給200,000円~250,000円
- 技術手当20,000~30,000円、皆勤手当10,000円を含む

8:30~17:30(休憩1h)

【資格・経験】
- 40歳まで(※長期勤続によるキャリア形成をはかるため、例外事由3号のイ)
- Excel・Wordの基本操作ができる方
- 学歴不問

【休日・休暇】
- 完全週休二日制(土日祝)
- 年末年始休暇
- 有給休暇(※入社6ヵ月経過後に有給休暇10日付与)
