輸入資料の作成、整理サポート

会計データの確認、集計、入力

人事評価制度の導入・改善・運用

社員・アルバイトの求人募集や対応

各種サービス、外注先のやり取りの対応など

他の部署と連携しながら、会社が円滑に業務遂行するよう計画、進行役も務めて頂きます。

ECコンサルティング(WEB運営)事業を中心に、物販会社のデジタルマーケティングのバックオフィスとして、WEBコンサル、サイト運営、デザイン制作、広告運用、SEO対策、オウンドメディア、SNS運用など行っています。

日用雑貨、アウトドアグッズ、レディースファッションなどを販売するオンラインショップがメイン事業となります。

【増員背景】

この度、事業拡大のため、ECコンサル事業部を新たに形成し、各チームでのスペシャリストを募集させて頂きます。現在WEB、運営、デザイナーを含め、約20名スタッフが在籍しております。

楽天、Yahoo、Amazonなど、各種ECサイトの運営プロフェッショナルとして業務遂行を狙います。

09:15~18:15 [所定労働時間]8時間00分 [休憩]60分

残業は月10時間程度で、完全週休2日制、休日120日以上とプライベートの時間も大切にしていただけます。

給与:

固定残業代あり:年俸¥3,780,000以上は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥36,500(20時間相当分)を含む。20時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。
