- Co-develop a global medical strategy to address local unmet medical needs
- Support local EE network development and transition relationship ownership to the Vaccine and Infectious Disease team
- Enhance capabilities of MSLs to engage meaningfully with their EEs
- Leadership and senior leader stakeholder management skills
- In-depth knowledge of immunology, infectious diseases, and vaccines at an expert level
- Understanding of the public health landscape and market access routes
- Proficiency in pharmaceutical industry operating standards, including the code of conduct
- Familiarity with Copy Approval processes
- Experience in formulating medical strategies and collaborating with local and global teams
- Designing evidence generation studies, overseeing delivery, interpreting and communicating results
- Organizing external scientific and educational events like advisory boards, symposia, or workshops
- Previous involvement in vaccine launches and developing market access strategies
- Engaging with professional organizations
- Advanced life science degree in immunology, vaccinology, or related field (e.g., PhD)
- Proficient in scientific and business-level English
- Strong influencing, coaching, and mentoring abilities
- Over 20 years of experience in pharmaceuticals focusing on vaccines, immunology, or infectious diseases
- Expertise in developing a global medical plan
- International pharmaceutical background
- Fluency in French
