【職務詳細】
- 研修の実施
Microsoft Azure、Power Platformを中心とした各種技術研修の講師として登壇し、講義やハンズオン演習の進行を行います。受講者の理解度を確認し質問に答えながら、双方向の研修を展開します。
- 研修準備・教材開発
担当コースに向けて最新情報を調査し、資料やカリキュラムを常にアップデートします。必要に応じて演習用の環境構築やコードサンプルの準備を行い、受講者が実践的に学べる場を作ります。また、研修テキストやスライドなど教材の改善・新規作成にも携わります。
- 研修コースの企画・カスタマイズ
市場のニーズや技術トレンドに合わせ、新コースの企画や既存コースの改良を行います。顧客企業ごとに研修内容をカスタマイズし、最適な学習プランを設計します。研修内容の提案時には、営業担当と協力しながら技術的観点での説明や資料作成も行います。
- 営業支援・顧客対応
必要に応じて営業に同行し、顧客に研修プログラムを提案・説明します。また研修後には受講者のフィードバックや習得状況をレポートし、研修効果の振り返りを行います。研修の質向上や顧客満足度向上のため、受講者アンケート結果の分析・次回提案へのフィードバックなども担当します。
