信和建設株式会社からアイデムコーポレーションがお預かりしている求人情報です。

【主な業務内容】

信和建設の営業部に所属して頂きます。

担当して頂く顧客は、グループ企業である信和不動産。

信和不動産(デベロッパー)が企画する開発案件を、信和建設(ゼネコン)で

建設の受注ができるよう、営業担当として活躍頂きます。

開発案件の多くは自社ブランド、スプランディッドシリーズの賃貸マンションが約8割を占め、その他にもドルチェヴィータシリーズの分譲マンションやホテル、介護付有料老人ホームなど様々な案件を手掛けています。

まずはグループ開発案件の営業職のプロフェッショナルとなることを目標に、将来的には、自社開発物件以外のフィールドでも活躍頂けるよう、土地・建物のオーナー(法人・個人)に向けた土地活用の企画提案営業もご担当いただく予定です。

給与


<予定年収>

400万円~700万円程度(※経験に応じて判断)
