MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

・Currently pursuing an Associate's, Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD degree with an expected graduation by the end of March 2028

※Must be in school until the end of internship program

・Must be available for a 3-month on-site internship in 2026 (During the internship, remote is not eligible.)

・Have no more than 24 months of professional full-time work experience in the technology field (excluding internships, research and/or teaching assistant roles, and military experience)

・International students who require visa support must meet one of the following requirements:

・The internship program is part of your education and essential for your graduation

・This internship allows you to receive some credit(s) for your education program

・Have Bachelor degree at the time of application

WORKING CONDITIONS

・Start Date: June 1, 2026, August 3, 2026

・Internship Duration: 3 months

・Expected work hours: 5 days (40 hours/week), depending on visa and class scheduling, some flexibility for shorter hours may be available

・Salary Type: Hourly wage

・Work Location: Nihombashi (head office)

・The program is expected to be on-site

・International students: Air tickets, visa support, and temporary housing will be provided

・Japan-based students (outside Tokyo): Temporary housing will be provided

The Customer Applications LoB's (Line of Business) mission is to strengthen the relationship between Woven and customers, and to co-create with customers to enhance development collaboration, productivity and automation while ensuring quality and safety.

Arene Professional Services is a department of Customer Applications and exists to transform jobs, train organizations, customize software products, develop a customer helpdesk function, and prepare others for software implementation.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for motivated individuals with a passion for solving customer needs. As a Solutions Engineer in our organization, you will play a key role in implementing cutting edge solutions for automotive applications and development platforms. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving innovation, optimizing performance, and ensuring the success of our automotive software products.

• Development and testing of solution for customers which push the boundaries of the platform using the full Arene toolchain
• Build strong partnerships with Arene teams and adapt to changes as the platform evolves
• Define and follow best practices for Arene application development
• Use, evaluate, and give feedback on tools and platforms built by Arene teams
• Train and work closely with customers to deliver next-generation vehicle applications for production vehicles

• Experience developing client/server applications
• Hands-on experience in developing in object oriented languages such as C++, Python, Java, Kotlin
• Working proficiency and communication skills in verbal and written English
• Creativity and willingness to work on things outside their comfort zone
• Excellent people and engagement skills

• Experience working in the Automotive industry
• Experience with software integration and testing
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environment
