病院を支える重要なポジション総務課スタッフ

Q. どんな職場ですか?
A. 湘南鎌倉総合病院の総務課で、全職員に関わる重要な業務を担当する部署です。
Q. 具体的に何をするの?
A. 給与計算、社会保険手続き、入職者対応、休職者対応、住民税手続き、行政対応、福利厚生対応、社宅・駐車場管理、院内行事企画・運用など幅広い業務を担当します。
Q. 未経験でも大丈夫?
A. 各業務には担当制があり、経験豊富な先輩職員が丁寧に指導します。数年ごとの業務ローテーションで専門性を高めながら成長できる環境です。
