JOB DETAILS
ストアマネージャー (SM) 候補:
ストア全般のマネージメントとして、常にポジティブの店舗環境を保ち、チームの育成に貢献しながら、スタッフ一人ひとりとの信頼関係を維持し、リーダーシップを発揮して頂きます。また自店の他、本社と協力し、適切なフィードバックを提供することでBURBERRYに貢献していただきます。BURBERRYで様々なシナリオを体験することにより、前向きで臨機応変に考えられるようになれます。
デパートメントマネージャー候補:
マネージメントの一員として重要な知識や情報を効率的かつ的確にスタッフに提供し、ゴールに向けスタッフをリードしていただきます。SMへのサポートをしながら、SMの業務内容から責任感までを学べ、更なるリーダーシップの経験を積んでもらいます。スタッフ個人のキャリアもサポートし、新人スタッフ等にメンター的な存在になって頂きます。
マネージメント全般で目指すスタッフマネージメント
• 店舗のスタッフを育成し強いチームを作れる
• スタッフ個人のキャリアプランをサポートできる
• スタッフの勤怠を管理し、快適な職場環境を作れる
