職務内容/Job duties Intelligence Unitは、コンサルティング事業における戦略立案・実行を支援するリサーチ専門チームです。
本チームは、金融機関や行政機関、大手企業、コンサルティングファームなどの出身者で構成されており、金融、国際政治経済、環境問題、エネルギー政策、マーケティングなどの豊富な調査経歴を有するリサーチのプロフェッショナルです。リサーチの専門性を有するメンバーはそれぞれ業種別、コンピテンシー別のユニットに配属され、情報収集や分析のみならず、クライアントへの提案活動やデリバリーをコンサルタントと一体となって行っていきます。
また、Thought Leadershipの発信やセミナー・講演を行うだけではなく、パブリックに向けて積極的な調査研究・分析・政策提言などを行う、シンクタンク機能を兼ね備えたスペシャリスト集団を目指しています。

■リサーチ
担当するサステナビリティ領域のコンサルタントから調査を受託、または特定領域のエキスパートとして調査を実施
※サステナビリティ室のリサーチャーはあらゆる業界を担当します
■ナレッジマネジメント(ナレッジ ハブ)
・サステナビリティ領域の国内外の業界最新知見や規則を収集・管理し、ニューズレターの配信等でコンサルタントの知見向上に寄与
・ESG社内啓発活動
・過去プロジェクト成果物など、クレデンシャル管理、ベンダーマネジメントや購読管理等
・業界最新知見(Thought Leadership)/各種ナレッジを収集し、既存/潜在クライアントへ発信
■対外発信(エミネンス)
・エンゲージメントにとらわれない独自テーマやマクロ的な研究を行い、既存/潜在クライアントへ発信
(例:グローバルのサステナビリティ領域にかかる探索、各国のサステナビリティ投資トレンド等の比較)
■その他
・新人コンサルタントなどへの教育研修
・リサーチやナレッジマネジメントに関する付随業務 等

■マネージャー/シニアコンサルタント(リサーチ担当)
※セクターにおけるリサーチチームのリーダー人材を求めており、リーダーシップを取って動ける方を求めます

■以下いずれかの経験・知見を有する方
・サステナビリティ関連のプロジェクトや担当部署における実務経験
・環境政策、ESG(環境・社会・ガバナンス)関連の国内外政策や国際的な枠組み・基準の内容および策定の動向、企業動向、持続可能なビジネスモデルに関する深い理解
■その他
・日本語(母国語、もしくは同等)、英語(英語でのリサーチ、ツール利用が可能)
・コミュニケーション能力(社内のコンサルタント対して単独で報告、リサーチ内容やスケジュール等の調整ができること)
・プロジェクトの管理能力・経験があること

・事業会社のサステナビリティ部門やコンサルティングファーム、調査会社、シンクタンクや証券会社等でのサステナビリティ領域での事業開発経験
・自分で問いを立て、自走ができ、かつ、チームの取りまとめや推進を行う等のリーダーシップを発揮した経験
・リサーチ・データ分析能力と、持続可能性指標の測定・評価に関する経験
・政府関連組織やNPO/NGOにおける社会課題解決に資する業務経験
