We are looking for a proactive candidate to join our sales team in Tokyo, where you will rapidly build an understanding of our business and help to grow our customer base and revenue.
Client Success Manager:
Ensure clients are fully aware of their licensed content and understand how to access it. Provide comprehensive client support by liaising with Sales, Finance, Technology, and Editorial teams to resolve issues. Actively seek opportunities to embed and grow service usage through direct client interactions.
Work effectively with key stakeholders across the organization.
Identify, evaluate, and execute new business opportunities.
Ensure optimum activity levels and Service Level Agreement targets are met.
Advise clients on maximizing the value received from a relationship with Argus Media.
Represent Argus to clients and focus on client satisfaction.
Provide excellent customer experience from onboarding to resolving queries.
Utilize CRM to track accounts, analyze client trends, and drive growth.
Maintain customer records and engagement activity.
Participate in client engagement initiatives and gather competitor intelligence.
What Were Looking for in You
Experience in customer success/service or sales.
Ability to work effectively in team-oriented environments.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Experience with databases or sales processing systems.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
Team player.
