仕事内容:

大学病院内で事務局として運営サポートをお願いします。

メール等のやり取りがメインですが、対外的なやり取りもあるため、コミュニケーションを取りながら働きたい方にピッタリです

・病院職員、関連施設との連絡調整(研修会の日程連絡、資料送付、アンケート送付など)

・各種書類・報告書作成

・メール・電話対応(病院内外、関係福祉施設や関係者など)

・庶務業務(経費処理、出張費処理も含みます)
